We help you find
the meaning in
your work.

As a team or as a leader.

The context

Organisational life is more
complex than ever.

Teams are unstable

Roles are impermanent. Knowledge is unreliable. Targets are unrealistic. Leaders feel exposed and unsupported.

AI is an existential threat

Creative industries face the sharpest disruption — music, publishing, film, galleries, gaming. The tools of the trade are being automated.

Organisations know what they do

But not why. They define themselves by 'what' and 'how' — not 'why'. That gap has never cost more.

Conventional answers don't reach it

Reorganise. Automate. Outsource. Communicate. None of these touch what's really going on under the surface.

"A state of permanent crisis stops us feeling safe. It stops us thinking and asking simple, important questions."

Our approach

We treat your leaders
as people first.

People with feelings, histories and ways of coping — individually and collectively — grounded in their personal and organisational systems.

Our work is informed by systems psychodynamics and experiential practice. It is based on the fundamental principle that all work is a human enterprise experienced in systems.

We can only achieve our goals when we uncover the real meaning of our personal, team and organisational experience. The answers exist inside your organisation already. We help you find them.

01
Systems thinking We work with the whole leadership system — not just individuals. Groups develop defensive patterns that block what organisations sincerely want to do.
02
Experiential methods Organisation-in-mind drawings. Constellations. Fishbowl conversations. We make the invisible system visible.
03
Purpose as survival tool Purpose is no longer a nice-to-have. In an AI-disrupted world, knowing why you exist is what allows you to adapt and thrive.
04
Process over prescription We help clients remember their 'why' rather than prescribe external answers. Your team owns the output.

PVM statements

Purpose, vision and mission — crafted with your team, owned by your team. Format variable: manifesto, narrative, cards.

Meaning manifesto

A narrative document that tells the story of your organisation's 'why' — for internal alignment and external communication.

Deliverable 03

Meaning cards

A physical artefact to carry the work into the room — at every meeting, every decision, every moment that matters.

Deliverable 04 — optional

AI Meaning Partner

Your purpose delivered as a conversational AI agent. A living decision-support tool that keeps your 'why' active, not archived.

Where we work

The space is part
of the meaning.

We don't use conference facilities. We curate creatively meaningful spaces — places where ideas and identity are made. The venue shapes how people think, feel and connect.

Every engagement is residential or day-residential, in a space chosen for the organisation and the work.
